In partnership with local Campsite Aberech Sands all Camping Competitors, friends, family’s & fans! have our own exclusive area.
This is a fantastic location and with free Wifi, the competitors can be followed from the Ultra Village.
Race Director Huw experienced first hand the camaraderie formed in the Tented Village in the Marathon Des Sables and has seen first hand that this is a great way to truly experience the Ultra Marathon Spirit and will be a great part of the Pen Llyn Ultras Weekend for all.
With campfires along the beach next the Pen Llyn Ultras Village planned for the competitors to follow to the finish, this year is set to be a fantastic event for all

WHAT HAPPENS AT REGISTRATION?
Registration times to be confirmed.
Meet the Round Pen Llyn Team and other runners and the organisers will be on hand to provide info and answer any questions you may have.
Allocation of race numbers.
There will be a full waiver to sign at registration. You will not be allowed to run if you do not sign this.
Race Bag Check for compulsory equipment.
Nothing will be sent out in the post before the event. Less paper, less environmental impact.
Information to be confirmed.
There are many places along the route to support and cheer the runners and provide aid. Our checkpoints will have fluids, energy gels and snacks, however, additional food and fluids can be provided by helpers anywhere along the route. Note that some sections of the route are long and arduous with some considerable time between aid stations – so be prepared and ensure you carry enough supplies.

– Water Proofs (Jacket with hood, taped seams & waterproof trousers, both in good condition)
– Water (minimum 1 litre)

– Mobile Phone with sufficient charge for the whole race
