The last section from Cae Corn Mawr to Plas Heli will be well supported with marshals, as it will be dark and you may be a tad fatigued by then! There are many places along the route to support and cheer the runners and provide aid. Our check points will have fluids, gels and snacks, however, additional food and fluids can be provided by helpers anywhere along the route.
